Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking

Lifemaker offers you multiple Payment methods. Whatever your online mode of payment. You can use Debit Card / credit Card / Net Banking ect. Your Credit/Debit card information remains private and confidential . lifemaker.co.in and our secure online payment gateways use Secure Sockets Layer security technology to protect your Card information. We accept all VISA & MasterCards– only Indian cards, as International cards would not be supported. You will have to enter your 16 digit Credit/Debit card number and the 3 digit CVV (Card Verification Value) code which is at the back of your card and complete the payment.

Cash on Delivery [C.O.D.]

C.O.D. is available in Ludhiana Punjab only. Customer has to pay full booked amount preior to delivery, to be collected by authorised Life Maker Home Appliances collection personnel. The maximum order value for a Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) payment is ₹20,000. Foreign currecncy cannot be used for COD payments.

You can avail of C.O.D. on an order if

  1. Your selected products are available for a C.O.D.
  2. Your delivery location is serviceable by Cash collection personnel.
  3. Cash Collection will be made only between 11:00 am to 06:00 pm during the day and at the billing address as given by the customer during online booking.

Placing orders using C.O.D.

  1. Identify the products with C.O.D. icon available for online purchase.
  2. Add them to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout.
  3. rovide the shipping address and proceed to the payment page.
  4. In the payment page, select the 1st option, C.O.D.
  5. Enter the CAPTCHA code as given below, click on Submit.

Prices

All prices on lifemaker.co.in are inclusive, there are no any hidden charges You have to only pay the offer price that you see on our product.

Orders

Once you place the order of the product we will not be able to any changes in the order. If order will be dispatched and shipped order can’t be cancelled. In case of Non-delivery occured due to customer’s mistake (i.g. wronge address, wronge name or any other wronge information), lifermaker.co.in would incur an extra cost for redelivery and the same would be claimed from customer.If any product ordered on wrong price & confirm then order may be cancelled, if payment will be in process then same shall be credited to customer’s account.

Return & Refund

There is no gaurantee if product damaged in Transist. We take utmost care of the packages while packing and shipping. Whenever customer receive the damaged product an unboxing video with clear view of the label and our custom box is mandatory. If customer sending the picture of the product, it should be clear to view. We will not be able to process any claim without the above.
